01. Local-First Architecture
Poker-Timer.eu is built on a "Privacy-First" approach. We do not maintain remote databases for your tournament configurations. Your blind levels, chip denominations, and game states are stored exclusively in your browser's Local Storage.
02. Server Access Logs
When you access our website, our web servers automatically collect and store temporary connection data in system log files. This data includes:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date, time, and duration of the visit
- Browser type and operating system
- Referrer URL (the page previously visited)
Legal Basis: Processing this data is necessary for our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in ensuring network security, detecting DDoS attacks, and maintaining stable website operations.
03. Third-Party Analytics
To maintain and optimize this tool, we use service providers that may collect anonymous usage metrics:

Measures aggregated usage patterns (pageviews, session length) with IP anonymization enabled by default.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
